in research and development. Research and development
center total floor area: 3000 square meters, including
organic synthesis, mixed crystal laboratory, instrument
analysis room and semi test reaction plant.
Research and development human resources
- The company has special research and development
structure, which is responsible for the research and
development of new products and new techniques.
- The center is composed of excellent talents, such
as talents from Tsinghua University Chemistry Dept.,
a dozen experts and professors of LC industry famous
at home and abroad. That enables the company's research
and development level to be the leading position all
over the country.
The center is equipped with advanced equipments
and advanced special instruments:
- synthesis laboratory has the foundation to synthesize
various LC materials
- Mixed LC lab, with advanced instruments introduced
from abroad, is able to test parameters of various
mixed crystal.
- Instrument analysis room, with all complete test
methods, is also equipped with a series of advanced
equipments
- Semiworks plant is equipped with many reaction
kettles that can be used in semi test.
Apart from all complete hardware, the company
has first-class software
- The company has invested 0.3 million Yuan in establishing
a liquid crystal patent database which is the largest
and the most complete one all over the country and
hundreds of thousands in purchasing professional liquid
crystal data software from abroad, which is unique
all over the country.
- Technicians are equipped with private computers
to surf the net for data; in order for the convenience
of consulting information, the company has established
long-term cooperation with Beijing Library, Chinese
Academy of Sciences, information banks etc.
